Keyword cramming or excessive use of keywords and keyword phrases in contents and articles are no longer allowed by search engines especially Google and this method can really hurt your website reputation as well. Swapping links are being closely monitored as well because the internet is evolving into something that has more quality content. People have learned the value of quality valuable information as well and so can easily block websites that are not relevant to their search.
